The Process:

As soon as your guest swing by our lively corner at the event, our team will be there to greet them, providing details of the process.
With a swift click of our camera, we’ll capture them right then and there. With this photo, they will be free to return to the event, while we transform that captured moment into a piece of art vibrant with life.
We work exclusively with the photos we snap, ensuring that not a single pause is needed in your celebration. Melarie will then reference the photo taken to create the illustration, which takes an average of 8 minutes.
Once the portrait is finished, we will write each guest's name on the back so they can find their masterpiece at the end of the event.

Weaving your guest’s unique stories into every curve and flourish of her lettering, Melarie can create on just about any surface you want— from paper to glass, wood and even fabric.
Your guest’s name will be taken with their favorite quote, word or any other content that they would like to include on the item. We will work within the theme that you provide during our initial consultation.
Melarie will create from selection your guest chooses on the item selected for the occasion.
Once completed, the item will be available for pick up at the end of the event.

Melarie will arrive, easel and paints in tow, setting up to capture your event according to your vision.
As the event kicks off and your guests begin to mingle, Melarie starts to capture the essence of the moment.
